摘要
铁路运输企业的公司制改革标志着国铁企业发展进入了一个重要历史时期。不断加强劳动定额标准化管理,优化劳动组织,成为新时期铁路人力资源管理的重要课题。从劳动定额管理在铁路企业管理中的地位出发,就新时期加强劳动定额标准体系建设的必要性、可行性、创新性进行深入论述,介绍铁路运输企业劳动定额信息管理系统的结构和功能,以及在劳动组织中的应用情况,并对劳动定额标准化管理的趋势进行思考。
The structural reform of railway transport enterprises marks national railway companies enter an important historical period for development. Strengthening standardization management of labor quota and optimizing labor organization have become important issues of railway human resources management in the new era. The paper, by targeting the role of labor quota management in railway enterprise management, discusses the necessity, feasibility and innovation of improving the labor quota standard system, introduces the structure and function of the information management system of labor quota in railway transportation enterprises, and its application in labor organizations, and reflects the trend of standardization management of labor quota.
