摘要 为探索成丝工艺对梗丝物理质量的影响,降低梗丝宽度,改善梗丝结构,采用图像处理技术,结合烟丝尺寸分布特性方程,系统考察了传统工艺(压梗+切梗丝)、双压工艺(一次压梗+二次压梗+切梗丝)、双切工艺(一次切梗丝+二次切梗丝)对梗丝长度分布、宽度分布及其他物理指标的影响。结果表明:①将梗丝长度和宽度分别单独表征更能够准确描述梗丝的尺寸分布情况,模型拟合程度较好,梗丝长度分布决定系数R2≥0.9829,梗丝宽度分布决定系数R^2≥0.9937。②与传统工艺相比,双压工艺使梗丝的特征宽度由1.54mm降低至1.21mm,梗丝卷曲形态较好,但梗丝形态均匀性变差,宽度均匀性系数由2.99降低至2.70;双压工艺对梗丝长度影响较小。③双切工艺虽然出梗丝率有所降低,但该工艺对梗丝形态的改善较为明显,梗丝特征宽度由1.54mm降低至1.12mm,宽度均匀性系数由2.99提高至3.77;梗丝的特征长度由19.07mm降低至12.71mm,长度均匀性系数略有提升;梗丝中的中短丝比例由37.58%提高至83.47%。 In order to investigate the effects of stem processing on the physical properties of cut stems, the stem processing technologies including traditional technology (stem flattening + cutting), flattening twice before cutting and cutting twice without flattening on the length distribution, width distribution and other physical indexes of cut stems were studied with the image processing technology and the characteristic size distribution equation of cut tobacco. The results showed that: 1) It was preferable to describe the size distribution of cut stems by way of characterizing the length and width of cut stems separately. The determination coefficients of length distribution and width distribution of the models were R^2≥0.982 9 and R2≥0.993 7 respectively. 2) Comparing with the traditional technology, flattening twice reduced the characteristic width of cut stems from 1.54 mm to 1.21 mm, cut stems had better crimp form, but less shape uniformity and the width uniformity coefficient decreased from 2.99 to 2.70. Flattening twice affected cut stems’length slightly. 3) In the case of cutting twice, the shape of cut stem was obviously better though the yield of cut stem was lower. The characteristic width of cut stems reduced from 1.54 mm to 1.12 mm, while the width uniformity coefficient increased from 2.99 to 3.77;the characteristic length of cut stems reduced from 19.07 mm to 12.71 mm, and the length uniformity coefficient promoted slightly. The proportion of medium and short strands in cut stems increased from 37.58% to 83.47%.
