厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平对老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症的疗效研究

Observation on the efficacy of irbesartan plus amlodipine besylate tablet in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetic hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia

目的观察厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平对于老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症的疗效。方法选取老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症患者80例,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例,观察组采用厄贝沙坦150mg联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片5mg治疗,对照组采用厄贝沙坦150mg治疗,比较两组治疗后有效率、血压和血尿酸水平。结果治疗前,两组收缩压、舒张压、血尿酸水平均无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组有效率[97.50%(39/40)]高于对照组[90.00%(36/40)],P<0.05。观察组收缩压、舒张压、血尿酸水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症的疗效显著,能够较好地控制血压、血尿酸水平,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy of irbesartan plus amlodipine besylate tablet in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetic hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia.Methods Patients in observation group were treated with irbesartan(150 mg) plus amlodipine besylate tablet(5 mg),while those in control group were with irbesartan(150 mg) alone.The effective rate,and levels of blood pressure and blood uric acid were compared between 2 groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate was 97.50%(39/40) in observation group,which was higher than 90.00%(36/40) in control group(P<0.05).There was no difference between two groups before treatment regarding the levels of systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and blood uric acid,but the levels of those indicators was lower in observation group than control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan plus amlodipine besylate tablet is highly effective in treating elderly patients with diabetic hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia,with the levels of blood pressure and blood uric acid well controlled,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
