摘要
越来越多的研究支持使用身心疗法作为微创、有效的方法管理老年人群情绪和认知障碍。近期研究表明,身心疗法有助于提高老年人的情绪、认知、睡眠和生活质量。有证据表明,身心疗法(如瑜伽、太极、气功、正念疗法)对情绪、认知能力和生活质量的影响甚至可能超过传统的体育锻炼。对身心疗法的持续研究有助于将其更好地融入老年医学和精神病学,有助于开发更有效、更有针对性的干预措施。
A growing number of researches support the use of mind-body therapies as a minimally invasive and effective way to manage mental and cognitive impairment in the elderly.Recent study have shown that mind-body therapies help to improve mood,cogition,sleep and quality of life in elder adults.There is evidence that mind-body therapies(such as yoga,tai chi,qigong and mindfulness) may have an even greater impact on mood,cognitive performance and quality of life than traditional physical exercise.Further researches could help to integrate mind-body therapies into the geriatrics and psychiatry,and help to develop more effective and targeted interventions.
