水胶体敷料治疗老年患者二期压疮的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of hydrocolloid dressing on secondary pressure ulcer in elderly patients

目的观察水胶体敷料治疗老年患者二期压疮的临床疗效。方法选取2016年10月至2018年1月在本院接受治疗的78例二期压疮老年患者,随机分为对照组39例,试验组39例,对照组实施常规传统敷料治疗,试验组实施水胶体敷料治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果和满意度情况。结果试验组总有效率为97%,对照组总有效率为89%,试验组临床治疗疗效高于对照组。试验组满意率为94%,对照组满意率为87%,试验组满意度高于对照组。结论对二期压疮的老年患者实施水胶体敷料治疗能提高治疗疗效,提升患者对治疗的满意度。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hydrocolloid dressing in the treatment of secondary pressure ulcer in elderly patients.Methods Seventy-eight elderly patients with stage II pressure sore treated in our hospital from October 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group(39 cases) and experimental group(39 cases).The control group was treated with conventional dressing,while the experimental group was treated with hydrocolloid dressing.The clinical efficacy and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97%,and that of the control group was 89%.The clinical curative effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 94%,that of the control group was 87%,and that of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The application of hydrocolloid dressing in the treatment of senile patients with stage Ⅱ pressure ulcer can improve the curative effect and patients’ satisfaction with the treatment.
