摘要
目的建立复方川贝止咳糖浆的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别方中的化橘红、薄荷脑、枇杷叶、麦冬、川贝母、甘草;高效液相色谱法双波长同时测定甘草酸、柚皮苷质量分数。结果TLC斑点清晰,重复性好,阴性对照无干扰。甘草酸铵在19.64~589.25ng范围内线性关系良好(r2=0.9992),平均回收率为106.3%,RSD为1.1%(n=9);柚皮苷在81.87~2456.14ng范围内线性关系良好(r2=0.9999),平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为0.9%(n=9)。结论本法稳定、重复性好,可用于复方川贝止咳糖浆的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standards of Compound Chuanbei cough syrup.Methods The citri grandis exocarpium,menthol,eriobotry folium,ophiopogonis radix,fritillariae cirrhosae bulbus,glycyrrhizae Radix et rhizome,stemonae radix were qualitatively identified by TLC.The glycyrrhizic acid and naringin were simultaneously determined by dual-wavelength HPLC.Results The spots of the TLC were clear and reproducible and had no negative interference.Ammonium glycyrrhizinate and naringin were separated with a good linearity in the sample size ranges of 19.64-589.25 ng for ammonium glycyrrhizinate(r 2=0.999 2),81.87-2 456.14 ng for naringin(r 2=0.999 9).The average recoveries for ammonium glycyrrhizinate and naringin were 106.3%,RSD=1.1%(n=9)and 99.5%,RSD=0.9%(n=9),respectively.Conclusion The method is stable and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Compound Chuanbei cough syrup.
