5种检测化妆品中金黄色葡萄球菌方法的比较

Comparison of five methods for detection of Staphylococcus aureus in cosmetics

目的比较VITEK2 Compact、杜邦BAX Q7、miniVIDAS、MALDI-TOF质谱、国标法检测盲样中是否存在金黄色葡萄球菌。方法根据2019年NIFDC-PT-188化妆品中金黄色葡萄球菌检验能力验证作业指导书,对2个样品CODE1、CODE2中是否含有金黄色葡萄球菌进行检验,采用5种不同方法进行检验,并比较各结果的异同。结果CODE1中5种方法均未检出金黄色葡萄球菌,CODE2中5种方法均检出金黄色葡萄球菌。结论每个方法有不同特点,采用不同的方法联合鉴定得到准确的结果,可以互相印证。

Objective To compare the similarities and differences of VITEK2 Compact,DuPont BAX Q7,miniVIDAS,MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry and national standard method in detecting the presence of Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)in blind samples.Methods According to the 2019 NIFDC-PT-188 work instruction for verification of S.aureus testing capability in cosmetics,and the two samples CODE1 and CODE2 were tested for the presence of S.aureus.Five Methods were used to test and compare the similarities and differences of the results.Results No S.aureus was detected in sample CODE1 by the five methods,and S.aureus was detected in sample CODE2 by the five methods.Conclusion Each method has its own characteristics.Different methods can be used for joint identification to obtain accurate results,which can be verified by each other.
