摘要
车前子为我国常用中药材,主要含有多糖、环烯醚萜、苯乙醇苷、黄酮类、挥发油及生物碱等成分,具有抗感染、降血糖、降血脂、免疫调节等作用。本文概述近年车前子多糖的提取分离纯化、化学研究和药理活性研究进展,旨在为车前子多糖的进一步开发利用提供参考。
Plantain seeds are commonly used Chinese herbal medicines.They mainly contain polysaccharides,iridoids,phenylethanoid glycosides,flavonoids,volatile oils and alkaloids.They have anti-inflammatory,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic and immune regulation effects.In this paper,the recent advances in extraction,purification,chemical research and pharmacological activities of polysacharides from plantain seeds are summarized in order to provide references for further development and utilization of polysacharides from plantain seeds.
