增生性瘢痕的形成机制及丹参治疗的研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 增生性瘢痕是常见的皮肤纤维化病症,它的形成是诸多生长因子、炎症因子共同调控的结果。活血祛瘀中药丹参的活性成分丹参酮ⅡA、丹参素、丹酚酸B有明显的抗瘢痕增生作用。本文就近年来国内外增生性瘢痕形成机制的相关研究及丹参抗增生性瘢痕的作用机制作一综述。 Hypertrophic scar is a common skin fibrosis disease.Its formation is the result of co-regulation of many growth factors and inflammatory factors.Salvia miltiorrhiza,a traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,has obvious anti-scar hyperplasia effects on its active ingredients including TanshinoneⅡA,Tanshinol and salvianolic acid B.In this paper,the mechanism of anti-hypertrophic scar effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza is reviewed based on the related research at home and abroad in recent years.
