多粘类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus polymyxa)K18-5不同悬浮液处理对黄瓜枯萎病抑制作用的影响 被引量:15

摘要 本试验考察了多粘类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus polymyxa)K18-5对尖孢镰孢菌黄瓜专化型的抑制作用,研究了K18-5不同悬浮液处理对定殖能力、防治效果、促生作用及根际微生物的影响。结果表明,在皿内试验,K18-5显著抑制尖孢镰孢菌的菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发;在盆栽试验,K18-5对黄瓜枯萎病具有明显的防治效果,芽孢悬浮液处理的防治效果更为显著,防效达到67.45%;K18-5在黄瓜根际具有良好的定殖能力,在芽孢悬浮液处理后的黄瓜根际基质和根系中的定殖密度较高而且稳定;K18-5促进黄瓜植株生长,提高叶绿素含量和根系活力;同时,K18-5悬浮液处理显著增加黄瓜根际基质中细菌和放线菌数量,减少真菌数量,其中镰孢菌数量明显减少。 This study investigated the inhibitory effect of K18-5 (Paenibacillus polymyxa ) on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum by in vitro test, The effects of different suspensions of K18-5 on its colonization ability, control efficacy, growth promoting, and rhizosphere microorganisms were studied in the pot experiment. The results showed that the K18-5 had obvious control effect on cucumber Fusarium wilt by significantly inhibited mycelial growth and spore germination of F. oxysporu m f.sp. cucumerinum . Especially, the control effect of spore suspension of K18-5 reached 67.45%;K18-5 had a good colonization ability in the rhizosphere of cucumber, and the colonization density in the rhizosphere matrix and root system of cucumber treated with spore suspension was obviously high and stable;K18-5 also could promote the growth of cucumber plants and increased the chlorophyll content and root activity. Meanwhile,K18-5 treatment significantly increased the number of bacteria and actinomycetes in the rhizosphere matrix of cucumber, reduced the number of fungi and Fusarium species.
