河南省城市经济增长的收敛性分析

Convergence analysis of urban economic growth in Henan province

从经济收敛的角度,运用动态面板数据对河南省资源型城市与非资源型城市经济发展、产业结构及其影响因素进行α收敛和β收敛的增长回归分析。结果表明,河南省资源型和非资源型城市一直存在较大差距;成熟型资源城市即三门峡、鹤壁和平顶山收敛速度最快,其次是再生型城市洛阳和南阳,衰退型城市焦作和濮阳收敛速度最慢。在产业结构方面,第二产业主导着衰退型城市,再生型城市的第一产业收敛较快,第三产业收敛不存在;同时,由于投资结构不合理固定资产投资对经济发展产生负面影响,外资利用对资源型城市经济增长促进作用显著。

From the perspective of economic convergence, the dynamic panel data was used to regress the growth of α-convergence and β-convergence in the economic development, industrial structure and its influencing factors of resource-based cities and non-resource-based cities in Henan province.The results show that there are always large economic gaps between resource-based and non-resource-based cities in Henan province;Mature resource-based cities, namely Sanmenxia, Hebi and Pingdingshan, have the fastest convergence rate, followed by regenerative type of cities, including Luoyang and Nanyang, shrinking-type cities including Jiaozuo and Puyang has the slowest convergence.In terms of industrial structure, the secondary industry dominates the shrinking-type of cities, the primary industry of the regenerative cities converges faster, while the convergence of their tertiary industry does not exist;Meanwhile, the fixed-asset investment has a negative impact on economic development due to the unreasonable investment structure development, and foreign capital utilization plays a significant role in promoting resource-based cities.
