河南省农业绿色发展评价及推进方向研究

Research on evaluation and direction of the green development of agriculture in Henan province

运用熵值法对河南省2008-2017年农业绿色发展水平进行评价。研究发现,河南省农业绿色发展10年来平均水平较低,但2015—2017年增长较快且接近良好水平;资源利用与产地环境是2008-2010年农业绿色发展的主要驱动因素,经济效益与绿色氛围是2013-2017年农业绿色发展的主要驱动因素。未来河南省农业绿色发展应该主要在化肥农药减量使用、化学需氧量排放量降低、要素投入效率提高及绿色农产品生产行为倡导等方面加强推进。

The level of green development of agriculture was evaluated from 2008 to 2017 in Henan province by using Entropy method. The results showed that the average level of the green development of agriculture was lower in the past ten years, but the growth was faster and nearly in the better grade from 2015 to 2017. Resource utilization and production environment were the main driving factors of the green development of agriculture from 2008 to 2010, and economic benefit and green atmosphere were the main driving factors of the green development of agriculture from 2013 to 2017. In the future, the direction of the green development of agriculture will be reducing the use of fertilizer and pesticide, reducing the emissions of chemical oxygen demand, improving the input efficiency, and promoting the production behavior of green agricultural products.
