摘要
针对原高塔造粒复合肥生产装置混合槽有效容积小、物料进入混合槽落差大、搅拌电动机功率不足而导致物料混合不均匀、产品成形率低、返料量大的缺陷,采取了相应的改造措施(增设刮板输送机、更换大功率电动机、增设旋风除尘器回收粉尘等)。改造实施后,有效改善了生产现场环境、提高了产品的产量和质量、降低了生产成本,进而增强了企业的市场竞争能力。
Aiming at the defects of small effective volume of mixing tank,the height differences of the material into the mixing tank is large, insufficient power of stirring motor in original tower granulation compound fertilizer production unit, leads to uneven mixing of materials, low product molding rate and large amount of material returned, the corresponding modification measures are taken (adding scraper conveyor, replacing the high power motor, and adding cyclone dust collector to recovery dust, etc.). After the implementation of the transformation, the production site environment is effectively improved, the output and quality of products are improved, the production cost is reduced, and the market competitiveness of the enterprise is enhanced.
