二水物湿法磷酸净化处理研究与工业应用

摘要 以中、低品位磷矿为原料,采用二水物湿法工艺生产的稀磷酸中含有较高的Fe、Al、Mg、K、Na等杂质以及反应残余的硫酸根、过滤残余的磷石膏,不利于生产高含量规格的磷酸一铵产品。通过对沉降温度、沉降时间、脱硫剂添加量、脱硫时间等基本参数的试验研究,获得了湿法磷酸净化的最佳控制指标。在试验研究的基础上,经工业生产应用,取得了理想的效果,得到的净化磷酸可以生产出总养分质量分数约为63%的磷酸一铵产品。 Dilute phosphoric acid, produced by dihydrate wet process with medium and low grade phosphate rock as raw material,contains high-content impurities such as Fe, Al, Mg, K, Na, reaction residual sulfate and filtration residual phosphogypsum, which is not conducive to the production of high- content monoammonium phosphate. By experimental study on the basic parameters such as settling temperature,settling time, dosage of desulfurizer and desulfurization time, the optimum control indexes of wet process phosphoric acid purification is obtained. On the basis of experimental research and industrial application, ideal results are achieved, and the obtained purified phosphoric acid can be used to produce monoammonium phosphate with total nutrient content of about 63%.
