摘要
由于离心式氨压缩机一段入口实际运行流量偏离设计值,造成所设计的氨压缩机防喘振曲线无法满足生产要求,只能打开一段防喘振阀来维持生产,特别是在负荷较低时,大部分一段入口气处于自循环状态,造成不必要的能量损失。通过实测喘振点,修正了氨压缩机的防喘振曲线,实现了氨压缩机的经济运行。
Due to actual operating flow at the first inlet of the centrifugal ammonia compressor deviating from the design value, the designed anti-surge curve of ammonia compressor could not meet the production requirements, and the anti-surge valve was opened to maintain production. Especially when the load was low, most of the inlet gas of the first section was in the state of self- circulation, causing unnecessary energy loss. Through the measured surge point, the anti- surge curve of ammonia compressor is modified, and the economic operation of ammonia compressor was realized.
