摘要
现代大型煤化工装置多采用低温甲醇洗技术脱除工艺气中的硫组分,得到的净化气含H2S体积分数在(0.20~20.00)×10^-6,但仍无法满足甲醇、乙酸、乙二醇、烯烃等生产要求。为了避免H2S对催化剂的毒害,采用常温脱硫与低温甲醇洗联合脱硫技术,可将净化气中的H2S体积分数降至<0.05×10^-6,从而解决了低温甲醇洗技术脱除H2S不彻底的问题。
The low temperature methanol washing technology is used to remove sulfur from the process gas in modern large- scale coal chemical units. The volume fraction of H2S in the obtained purification gas is (0.20~20.00)×10^-6 , but it still cannot meet the production requirements of methanol, acetic acid, ethylene glycol and olefin. In order to avoid the poisoning of H2S on the catalyst, the volume fraction of H2S in the purification gas can be reduced to less than 0.05×10^-6 by using the combined desulfurization technology of normal temperature desulfurization and low temperature methanol washing, thus solving the problem of incomplete removal of H2S with low- temperature methanol washing technology.
