中西医结合护理对烧伤患者创面愈合与继发感染的影响

Impact of Integrative Medicine Nursing on Wound Healing and Secondary Infection of Burn Patients

目的:观察中西医结合护理对烧伤患者创面愈合与继发感染的影响。方法:将110例患者随机分为2组,每组55例,对照组给予西医护理,观察组给予中西医结合护理,比较2组创面愈合及继发感染情况。结果:继发感染率观察组为9.09%,对照组为20.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);创面愈合率2相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在烧伤患者临床护理工作中实施中西医结合护理更有助于促进创面愈合、降低继发感染发生率。

Objective: To observe th effects of integrative medicine nursing on wound healing and secondary infection of burn patients. Methods: All 110 patients were randomized into two groups, 55 cases each group, the control group was given Western medince nursing, and the observation group integrative medicine nursing, to compare wound healing conditions and secondary infection between both groups. Results: Scondary infection incidence of the observation group was 9.09%, lower than 20.0% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference could be found in wound healing rate between both groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with Western medicine nursing, the implementation of integrative medicine nursing in clinical nursing for burn patients could help promote wound healing and decrease secondary infection incidence.
