摘要
航空用直流起动发电机既是发动机的起动设备,又是飞机的主电源设备。针对某型直流起动发电机样机发电输出性能不足的问题,基于 ANSOFT分析了主磁极倒角尺寸和材料特性对发电性能的影响,为直流起动发电机发电性能优化设计提供参考。最后通过样机进行发电试验对比分析,验证了优化分析结果的有效性。
Aero DC starter generator is not only the starting equipment of engine, but also the main power supply equipment of aircraft. Aiming at the problem of insufficient power generation performance of a DC starter generator prototype,this paper analyzed the influence of chamfer size and material characteristics for pole on the power generation performance based on Ansoft, which can provide reference for the optimal design of the prototype. Finally, the validity of the optimal analysis results was verified by the comparison of power generation tests.
