摘要 为了提高 SPMSM转子位置和速度的观测性能,提出一种基于准滑动模态的可变边界层 S型开关函数与锁相环模块相结合的滑模观测器系统。首先,基于隐极式 PMSM的数学模型,建立电流信号的滑模面;其次,为提高电机转速与转子位置估算精度,采用可变边界层的设计思想,通过一种边界层随转速变化的 S型开关函数代替传统符号函数,达到减弱抖振并提高跟踪精度的目的;再次,利用锁相环得到转子位置及转速信号,并针对锁相环在动态阶段跟踪精度较低的缺点,设计一个信号抑制器以削弱动态误差并提高响应速度;最后,搭建 Matlab/Simulink仿真平台对此方法进行验证,结果表明提出的方法可行并拥有良好的跟踪能力。 In order to improve the observation performance of SPMSM rotor position and speed, a sliding mode observer system based on quasi-sliding mode variable boundary layer S-type switching function and phase-locked loop module was proposed. Firstly, based on the mathematical model of the hidden pole PMSM, the sliding surface of the current signal was established. Secondly, in order to improve the accuracy of the motor speed and rotor position estimation, the design idea of the variable boundary layer was adopted, and the boundary layer changes with the rotation speed. The S-type switching function replaced the traditional symbol function to achieve the purpose of weakening the chattering and improving the tracking accuracy. Thirdly, the phase-locked loop was used to obtain the rotor position and speed signal, and a signal suppressor was designed for the shortcoming of the phase-locked loop in the dynamic stage. The suppressor weakens the dynamic error and improved the response speed. Finally, the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform was built to verify the method. The results show that the proposed method is feasible and has good tracking ability.
