考虑通航环境因素的内河双燃料船舶主机能效仿真模型 被引量:3

Main Engine Energy Efficiency Simulation Model of Inland Dual-fuel Ships Considering Navigation Environment

摘要 船舶主机能效模型对于指导船舶节能航行,提高船舶能效水平具有重要的现实意义。以一艘内河柴油-LNG双燃料集装箱船舶为研究对象,在计算船舶静水阻力和通航环境附加阻力的基础上,根据船-机-桨匹配原理建立了基于Simulink的船舶主机能效模型,并利用实测数据对模型有效性进行了验证。研究结果显示:建立的船舶能效仿真模型主机总油耗仿真值和实船数据最大误差为4.62%,平均误差为3.00%,主机总气耗仿真值和实船数据最大误差为5.53%,平均误差为2.82%。 The energy efficiency model of marine main engine has important practical significance for guiding the energy-saving navigation of ships and improving the energy efficiency level of ships. Taking an inland diesel-LNG dual-fuel container ship as the research object, based on the calculation of ship hydrostatic resistance and additional resistance of navigation environment, a ship main engine energy efficiency model based on Simulink is established according to the ship-engine-propeller matching principle. The validity of the model is verified by the measured data. The results show that the maximum error of the total fuel consumption simulation value of the main engine and the real ship data is 4.62%, the average error is 3.00%, the maximum error of the total fuel consumption simulation value of the main engine and the real ship data is 5.53%, and the average error is 2.82%.
