电控单缸柴油机燃烧性能仿真与试验研究

摘要 我们利用AVLBOOST建立了某单缸柴油机工作过程计算模型,分析了喷射压力对总体性能的影响。搭建了单缸试验机的电控喷射平台,验证了仿真模型。在此基础上,对柴油机不同负荷下的燃烧排放性能进行了分析,并以燃油消耗率为目标确定了最佳的喷射压力及提前角等。 In this paper, using AVL BOOST, the calculation model of the working process of a single cylinder diesel engine is established, and the influence of injection pressure on the overall performance is analyzed. The electronically controlled injection platform of the single cylinder test machine was built to verify the simulation model. On this basis, the combustion emission performance of diesel engine under different loads is analyzed, and the optimal injection pressure and advance angle are determined with the fuel consumption rate as the target.
