摘要
本文主要的研究对象为某型喷油器针阀偶件,首先介绍了针阀偶件的结构,然后再利用SpaceClaim、Mesh、Fluent软件分别完成了流场几何模型的建立、网格划分、燃油多相流场仿真计算,最后对仿真结果进行分析,得到了各喷孔流量系数及流场的穴蚀分布。本文的研究为喷油器的国产化开发和改进设计提供了一定的理论依据。
In this paper, the main object of study is a certain type of injector needle valve couple. It first introduces the needle valve couple structure, and then uses the Space claim, Mesh, Fluent completed the flow geometry modeling, meshing, fuel multiphase flow field simulation calculation, the analysis of simulation results, got the nozzle flow coefficient and flow field distribution of cavitations. This study provides a theoretical basis for the domestic development and improvement of injector design.
