摘要
为了研究华夏鸢尾中乙酸乙酯层化学成分,本实验以华夏鸢尾为原材料。采用硅胶、ODS和凝胶等多种柱层析方法,结果从该植物中分离得到两个化合物,并通过质谱和核磁共振技术与文献值对比的方法鉴定化合物分别为22,23-epoxyiridal(Ⅰ)和β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ),其中化合物Ⅰ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
In order to study the chemical constituents of Iris cathayensis Migo, in this study, Two compounds were isolated from Iris cathayensis Migo by using various column chromatographis and chemical methods,such as silical gel,ODS,sephadex LH-20, The structures of 2 compounds were elucidated based on its physical property and chemical property analysis, spectroscopy technology(MS,1H-NMR, 13C-NMR), and comparison with the literature datd. They are 22,23-epoxyiridal(Ⅰ)and β-glusterol(Ⅱ). 22,23-epoxyiridal was isolated from Iris cathayensis Migo for the first time.
