摘要
天然产物小分子配体与靶标蛋白的相互作用是很多生物学过程的核心,精确预测其相互作用的模式在现代药物设计中具有重要的基础意义。本文系统的介绍了分子对接技术在天然产物小分子与靶标蛋白相互作用中的研究进展。
The interaction between natural small molecular ligands and target proteins is the core of many biological processes. Accurate prediction of their interaction patterns is of fundamental significance in modern drug design. In this paper, the progress of molecular docking technology in the interaction between small molecules of natural products and target proteins is reviewed systematically.
