摘要
从受铅锌污染土壤中分离出来具有产絮凝剂能力的菌株ZW5通过pH和投加量两个影响因素与PAC进行絮凝效果的对比。结果表明:微生物絮凝剂ZW5对于重金属铅、锌的去除效果优于PAC,但PAC对于黄药的去除效果优于微生物絮凝剂ZW5。
ZW5, a strain with flocculant-producing capacity, was isolated from the soil contaminated with lead and zinc, and the flocculation effect was compared with PAC by two influencing factors, pH and cast. The results showed that the microbial flocculant fermentation fluid treatment microbial flocculant had better effect on the removal of heavy metal lead and zinc than PAC, but PAC's effect on yellow medicine was better than that of microbial flocculant ZW5.
