摘要
以某航道口生产基地的生活污水为处理对象进行工艺比选和系统设计,设计处理量50m^3/d,为实现处理出水资源化利用,减少排放对周围水体产生的不良影响,新建生活污水处理站一座,采用缺氧、生物接触氧化、石英砂-活性炭两级过滤及消毒工艺处理基地生活污水,设计出水满足《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T18920-2002)标准中相关水质标准,处理出水用于基地绿化,系统对小规模的生活污水进行集中处理和再生利用,可以实现良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The process comparison and system design were carried out based on the domestic sewage from a production base in Yangtze estuary waterway, the wastewater capacity is 50m^3/d, in order to realize the resource utilization of the treated water, to reduce the adverse effects of emissions to the surrounding water, design a new wastewater treatment station, adopt the following treatment process, anoxic-biological contact oxidation-quartz sand and active carbon two stage filtration and disinfection process to treat wastewater of the base, the treated water will be required to meet the related water quality standard “Reuse of recycling water for urban Water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water consumption”(GB/T 18920-2002) and used for the foundation greening. The system can achieve good economic and social benefits by centralized treatment and recycling of small-scale domestic sewage.
