HPLC法测定黄皮离瓣桑寄生中两种成分的含量

摘要 采用ZORBAXEclipsePlusC18柱(2.1mm×100mm,3.5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱,流速、检测波长及柱温分别为:0.6mL/min,258nm,28℃,建立了测定黄皮离瓣桑寄生中没食子酸和没食子酸乙酯含量的HPLC定量分析方法。结果表明,2种成分进样量与峰面积线性关系及色谱峰分离效果均良好(r>0.999);进样量范围分别为0.036~0.216,0.054~0.324mg/mL。供试样品平均加样回收率(RSD)分别为97.84%(2.01%),99.13%(2.28%)。结论:所建立的HPLC含量测定方法,简便可行,准确可靠,可用于黄皮离瓣桑寄生的质量控制。 The determination of gallic acid and Ethyl gallate in Helixanthera parasitica Lour. Parasitic on Clausena lansium (Lour.) Skeels by HPLC was studied. The sample was separated by AZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 column (2.1mm×100mm, 3.5μm) with the mobile phase of Acetonitrile-0.2 % H3PO4, The flow rate, detection wavelength and column temperature was 0.6 mL/min, 258 nm, 28℃ respectively. The results showed that good chromatographic separation was acquired for gallic acid and Ethyl gallate. The correlation coefficient of 2 studied component was over 0.999 and had a good linearity in the range of 0.036~0.216, 0.054~0.324 mg/mL respectively. The average recoveries of 2 chemical component were 97.84 %, 99.13 %. RSDs of the selected samples were 2.01%%, 2.28 % respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, feasible and accurate reliable, and can be used for the quality control of the plant.
