浅谈高职院校人才培养教学方法的探究

A Brief Talking about the Teaching Methods of Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges

通过对高职院校生源特点的分析,提出了教师对学生要做到亦师亦友,对学生要充满爱心,并充分提高学生的自信心,千方百计调动学生的学习积极性,且因材施教,培养学生德才兼备的教学方法,以满足我国未来发展对人才的需求。

Through the analysis of the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges, it is proposed that teachers should be friendly to students, be full of love for students, and fully improve students' self-confidence, do everything possible to mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning, and teach students according to their aptitude. The teaching method of both ability and political integrity meets the needs of talents for the future development of China.
