不同年份酱香型白酒对小鼠抗疲劳及肝损伤试验的研究

Experimental Study of the Anti-Fatigue Effects and Liver Injury in Mice with Intragastric Feeding of Jiangxiang Baijiu of Different Ages

本实验以不同年份酱香型白酒为原料,以理化和生化指标为评价方法,通过连续灌胃实验观察不同年份、不同剂量酱香型白酒对小鼠抗疲劳及肝损伤的影响。以昆明小鼠为受试动物,随机分为10组,每天灌胃1次,连续灌胃30d。末次给样30min后测定小鼠血清尿素氮(BUN)、肝糖原、还原性谷胱甘肽酶(GSH)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)含量。结果表明,贮存4年、5年酱香酒低剂量组GSH水平较对照组有升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,贮存4年、5年酱香酒低剂量及贮存3年、4年酱香酒中剂量的AST、ALT降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,3种酒样均能不同程度降低血清尿素氮含量,贮存4年的低、高剂量及贮存5年的低剂量组肝糖原显著增加。

In the experiment, Kunming mice were used as the test animals and randomly divided into 10 groups. Intragastric feeding of Jiangxiang Baijiu of different age/different dosage was administered once a day for 30 d to each group. 30 min after the final intragastric feeding, serum urea nitrogen (BUN), hepatic glycogen, reduced glutathionease (GSH), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels in mice were measured. The results suggested that, GSH levels in the low-dose and liquor of 4 to 5 storage years group were higher than the control group (P<0.05);AST and ALT levels in the low-dose and liquor of 4 to 5 storage years group, and in the medium-dose and liquor of 3 to 4 storage years group were lower than the control group (P<0.05);compared with the control group, all three liquor samples could reduce serum urea nitrogen content to different degrees, and hepatic glycogen increased significantly in the group of low-dose/high-dose and liquor of 4 storage years and in the group of low-dose and liquor of 5 storage years.
