Design Calculation of Pressure Vessel Heads Based on Indian Boiler Regulations

在压力容器设计过程中,因服务于不同国家的客户,客户所要求的压力容器设计标准也各不相同。通常设计标准采用GB 150和ASME规范居多,而采用印度锅炉规程(简称IBR)较少,以一台HP冷凝水闪蒸槽椭圆形封头为例,依照IBR对封头进行设计计算,并对GB 150、ASME规范和IBR的封头设计过程进行了比较。

During the design of pressure vessels,the clients from different countries ask for the design criteria to comply with the special code.In most cases,the design criteria employed is GB150 or ASME and a few cases ask for Indian boiler regulations (IBR).Taking the ellipsoidal head of condensed water flash vessel as an example,the vessel head was designed and calculated according to IBR and then was compared with GB150,ASME and IBR.
