滨海核电厂址大型模块海运交付技术方案可行性探讨 被引量:1

摘要 采用模块化建造方式是非能动压水堆核电站降低建造成本的主要方式之一。以CAP1400核电机组大型模块为参照,按照双机组建设计划安排,分析了滨海核电厂址大型模块海上运输交付的配套要求和工艺流程,选取典型模块分析海上运输的安全性,描述了对现有建造模式的影响和主要风险,简单比较分析了大模块海上运输交付技术方案与现有模块建造技术方案的主要环节成本差异。结果表明,滨海厂址采取大型模块海上运输交付技术方案可行,经济性需要根据厂址实际条件与推广应用范围综合考虑。 Modular construction is one of the main ways to reduce the construction cost of passive PWR nuclear power plants.This paper takes CAP1400 nuclear power plant large module for instance,analyzes the coastal nuclear power site large maritime transport delivery module of form a complete set of requirements based on the two-unit construction schedule and process flow,and selects typical module to analyze the maritime transport security,describes the impact on the existing mode of construction and the main risks,the major cost difference between large module maritime transport delivery technology and the existing module construction are compared.The results show that it is feasible to adopt the large module Marine transportation delivery scheme at the coastal plant site,and the economical efficiency needs to be comprehensively considered according to the actual conditions of the plant site and the extension and application scope.
