摘要
选择六种聚醚(PEP-1、PEP-2、PEP-3、PEP-4、SDR-40和L44)和芥酸进行酯化反应,确定最佳反应条件是复合催化剂用量5 mol%,在130℃下反应6h即可;同时研究产物的表面张力、泡沫性能和乳化性能,表明含有PEAE-2或PEAE-SDR40的乳液粒径更加小而均匀,乳化性能突出,消泡能力也最好。
Six kinds of polyethers (PEP-1, PEP-2, PEP-3, PEP-4, SDR-40 and L44) and erucic acid were selected for esterification, and the optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: composite catalyst (C/D=2/1), dosage 5 mol%, reaction at 130 ℃ for 6 h. At the same time, the surface tension, foam properties and emulsification properties of the products were studied, which showed that the emulsion containing PEAE-2 or PEAE-SDR40 had smaller and uniform particle size, outstanding emulsification and defoaming ability.
