基于TRIZ设计甲醇燃料电池PdFe/Ag催化剂

摘要 本文首先阐述了直接甲醇燃料电池的工作原理和现存问题。运用TRIZ理论对甲醇燃料电池中催化剂效率低、成本高的问题进行分析,通过TRIZ工具找到复合材料和廉价替代品原理,设计新型催化剂,最终制备出PdFe/Ag复合结构,借助电化学工作站对其催化性能进行可行性验证,发现这种改良后的催化剂性能在光照条件下要优于单一的PdFe结构。 This study describes the working principle and existing problems of direct methanol fuel cell. Using TRIZ theory to analyze the low efficiency and high cost of the catalyst, the principles of composite material and cheap substitute were found by TRIZ tool. We finally designed and prepared the PdFe/Ag composite structure. Its catalytical performance was verified by electrochemical workstation and it was better than a PdFe structure under illumination conditions.
