摘要
本文首次对毛茛科唐松草属植物高原唐松草进行化学成分研究。采用硅胶、ODS和凝胶等多种柱层析方法,结果从该植物中分离得到两个化合物,并通过质谱和核磁共振技术与文献值对比的方法鉴定化合物为:(Ⅰ)N-methyllaurotetanine和(Ⅱ)Norisocorydine。两个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
In order to study the chemical constituents of Thalictrum cultratum, in this study, Two compounds were isolated from Thalictrum cultratum by using various column chromatographis and chemical methods,such as silical gel,ODS,sephadex LH-20,The structures of 2 compounds were elucidated based on its physical property and chemical property analysis, spectroscopy technology(MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR), and comparison with the literature datd. They are N-methyllaurotetanine(Ⅰ)and Norisocorydine(Ⅱ). Both compounds were isolated from Thalictrum cultratum for the first time.
