摘要 阐述了连续重整装置中,开工初期及正常运行时淘析气流量的调整。分析了粉尘反吹系统反吹频繁、反吹阀卡涩的异常状况,并提出了相应的处理措施。在日常操作中,应对反吹气量、淘析气流量、粉尘收集器反吹前后差压进行监控、分析。开工及运行结果表明,在实际操作中所采取的措施是成功、有效的。 The adjustment of elutriation gas flow during startup and normal operation of continuous catalytic reforming unit are introduced. According to exception situations in dust blowback system, including blowback frequently and blow valve unsmooth, this paper analyzes reasons and puts forward corresponding measures. The gas flow of blowback and elutriation, the differential pressure of dust collector before and after blowback should be supervised and analyzed in daily operation. Startup and operation results show that the measures taken in the actual operation is successful and effective.
