Exploration and Practice of Training Mode of Practical Talents for Pharmaceutical Engineering Majors

当前人才短缺成为我国制药产业国际化发展的最大障碍,大量培养制药工程专业应用型人才是解决这一问题的关键。本文对校企合作模式下培养制药工程专业应用型人才的教育模式进行探讨,通过加大校企合作力度充分发挥企业在学生工程实践和能力培养方面的作用,建立培养制药工程专业应用型人才新模式。

At present, the shortage of talents has become the biggest obstacle to the internationalization of the pharmaceutical industry in China. The key to solve this problem is to train a large number of practical talents of pharmaceutical engineering major. In this paper, the educational mode of training practical talents of pharmaceutical engineering major under the mode of school enterprise cooperation is discussed, and a new mode of training practical talents of pharmaceutical engineering major is established by strengthening the school enterprise cooperation, giving full play to the role of enterprises in engineering practice and quality training.
