由于目前"政产学研用"的模式缺乏实践性和创新性,因此需要研究"政产学研用"创新模式,进一步提高本科生的创新意识。本研究通过健全相关的法律法规,加强资金支持,发挥网络资源的优势,制定创新应用型人才的培养模式、调动学生的积极性、增加"双师型"教师的数量和质量等措施促进"政产学研用"创新模式的发展来培养创新应用型人才。

Due to the lack of practicality and innovation in the current mode of “Government-Industry-University-Research-User”, it is necessary to study the innovation mode of “Government-Industry-University-Research-User” to further improve the innovative consciousness of undergraduates. Through improving relevant laws and regulations, strengthening financial support, giving full play to the advantages of network resources, formulating the training mode of innovative applied talents, mobilizing the enthusiasm of students, increasing the quantity and quality of “double-professionally-titled” teachers, and promoting the development of the innovative mode of “Government-Industry-University-Research-User” to cultivate innovative applied talents.
