摘要 小学教育(全科教师)的出现,打破了人们对教师专业唯一性的认识,全科教师不仅上知天文下知地理,还要琴棋书画样样精通,可谓是一人多技、多专多能的小百科,更准确地说小学全科教育是将多门学科融合教育,每门学科既是独立的,他们之间又是统一的。作为人生启蒙阶段的小学教育,如何开好头,怎样促使学生德智体美劳全面发展是重中之重。小学全科教师的出现可以有效地将多门学科进行结合,在提高学生学习质量的同时也均衡了学生的各项发展。 The emergence of primary education(general education teachers) has broken people's understanding of the uniqueness of teachers' major.General education teachers not only know astronomy but also geography.They are also proficient in Qin,chess,calligraphy and painting.It can be called a small encyclopedia with multiple skills and multiple specialties.More accurately,general education in primary school is a combination of multiple disciplines,each of which is independent and between them.Unified.As the primary education in the enlightenment stage of life,how to make a good start and how to promote the all-round development of students' morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor are the most important.The emergence of primary school general education teachers can effectively combine how many subjects,improve the quality of students' learning,but also balance the development of students.
