高等院校创新创业师资“供给侧”改革现实困境及路径选择

Teachers Supply-Side Reform Predicament and Path Selection in College Innovation and Entrepreneurship

高等院校创新创业教育改革是时代发展的必然趋势。创新创业教师是创新创业教育的实施主体,是教育“供给侧”中最为重要的要素,是决定高校创新创业教育能否取得成功的关键。目前,我国高等院校创新创业师资队伍存在着来源限制、培育不足、平台制约、制度僵化等“供给侧”现实问题。实现创新创业师资“供给侧”改革的途径主要有:增加来源确保师资充足,提供培训保障知识更新,构建平台确保活动开展,提供制度和服务,促使创新创业师资实现资源有效配置,促进高等院校创新创业教育可持续发展。

The reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an inevitable trend of the development of the times,in which a teacher plays a main part and is the most important factor in the “supply side”of education,and the key to its success At present,there are“supply side”problems such as source limitation,insufficient cultivation,platform restriction,and rigid system of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in our country.In order to solve these,such ways are suggested as increasing the number of adequate teachers,providing training and supporting knowledge updates,building a platform to ensure these activities are carried out,providing systems and services,and promoting the effective allocation of resources by innovative and entrepreneurial teachers.The sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in institutions of higher learning will be continually promoted.
