西北贫困地区县级公共图书馆服务模式调研——以宁夏固原地区县级公共图书馆为例

Research on Service Modes of County-level Public Library in Poverty-stricken Areas in Northwest China——Taking County-level Public Library in Guyuan City of Ningxia as an Example

文章以宁夏固原地区县级公共图书馆为例,基于公共图书馆发展中存在的行政级别尴尬、文化素质与工作要求不匹配、上下级沟通断裂等问题,在初步实现跨越式创新发展的基础上提出发挥行政主导协调、跨界合作、扎根民生等突破性发展模式。

The paper takes county-level public libraries in Guyuan City of Ningxia as an example, in view of the problems exiting in the development of public libraries, such as embarrassment of administrative rank, mismatch of cultural quality and work requirements, and communication barrier between superiors and subordinates, puts forward the breakthrough development models with administrative leading coordination, cross-border cooperation and taking root in people’s livelihood on basis of the preliminary realization of leaping and innovative development.
