摘要
文章利用尼日利亚高校图书馆一手调研数据,运用SPSS分析技术,对尼日利亚高校图书馆服务现状调查,从用户、市场、技术三个角度剖析图书馆读者近几年来缩减原因,并提出基于用户诉求的图书馆创新性服务策略,以提升尼日利亚高校图书馆用户惠顾率。
By using the survey data of Nigerian university libraries and SPSS analysis technology, the paper investigates the status of services in Nigerian university libraries, analyzes the reasons for the decrease of library users from perspectives of users,market and technology, and puts forward the innovation service strategies based on the demands of users, so as to improve the patronage rate of university library users.
