摘要
文章以基金委员会、出版社、高校或科研机构的数据共享政策以及传统机构知识库数据服务不到位为背景,根据传统机构知识库与数据知识库的特点与内涵,从存储内容、数据监护、嵌入式科研流程服务三个方面比较两者之间的差异,通过对国外高质量数字知识库的服务案例剖析,揭示新型机构知识库或数据知识库如何适应数据要求。
On the background of data sharing policies of the fund committee, publishers and universities or research institutions,as well as the inadequate data services of traditional institutional repository, the paper compares the differences of institutional repository and research data repository from aspects of storage content, data curation and embedded research process service according to their characteristics and connotations. Meanwhile, through analysis of the service cases of the foreign high-quality digital repositories, the paper reveals the way of the new institutional repository or research data repository adapting to the data requirements.
