加拿大奥委会组织治理的特征及启示

Characteristics and Enlightenment of Organizational Governance of the Canadian Olympic Committee

加拿大奥委会在提升国家队竞技表现、推选本国奥运申办城市、开展奥林匹克文化教育活动等领域发挥了核心功能。研究采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,归纳总结加拿大奥委会组织治理的内容与特征,认为其具有清晰的组织使命愿景、民主的议事决策架构、严格的组织行为监督、良好的财务运行系统和共赢的品牌营销模式。中国奥委会可以借鉴其治理经验,保持治理模式的本土化、实现治理目标的完整性、扩大治理主体的代表性、提高治理过程的透明度,不断增强组织治理能力并实现组织治理现代化。

The Canadian Olympic Committee has played a core role in enhancing national team performance,selecting domestic Olympic bidding cities,and conducting Olympic cultural education activities.This paper uses the methods of literature review,logic analysis and other methods to summarize the content and characteristics of the organization and governance of the Canadian Olympic Committee.It believes that it has a clear vision of organizational mission,democratic decision-making framework,strict organizational behavior supervision,and good financial operation system and win-win brand marketing model.The Chinese Olympic Committee can learn from its governance experience,maintain the localization of governance models,achieve the integrity of governance objectives,expand the representation of governance entities,improve the transparency of governance processes,finally continuously enhance organizational governance capabilities and modernize organizational governance.
