心理健康教育对高职大学生职业价值观的影响

The Influence of Psychological Health Education on Higher Vocational College Students’ Vocational Values

采用职业价值观测试问卷对200名参与实验的高职大学生进行前后对比测试,探讨心理健康教育对高职大学生职业价值观的影响.研究表明:将心理健康教育融入大学生就业辅导课程教学更有利于促进高职院校学生内在价值观的培养.心理健康教育对男生内在职业价值观的影响相对于女生而言更为明显.心理健康教育不仅对大学生的职业价值观有促进作用,同时也为高职院校大学生创业心理素质的培养提供更多有效渠道和实证参考.

Two hundred vocational college students who participated in experimental teaching were tested with the Vocational Values Test Questionnaire before and after the experiment,so as to explore the influence of mental health education on vocational values of Vocational College students.The results show that integrating psychological health education into college students'employment guidance course is more beneficial to promote the cultivation of students'inner values in vocational colleges. The influence of psychological health education on the inner vocational values of male students is more obvious than that of female students.The study shows that mental health education not only promotes college students'professional values,but also provides more effective channels and empirical reference for the cultivation of College Students'entrepreneurial psychological quality.
