扬州市大学生创业扶持政策存在的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems in College Students’ Entrepreneurship Support Policy and Their Countermeasures in Yangzhou City

为了帮助大学生顺利创业,扬州市政府及相关部门近年来出台了涉及创业培训、创业融资、创业促进、创业服务等多方面的创业扶持政策。然而,现有政策在实施过程中凸显出培训效果欠佳、创业融资渠道有限、创业促进政策乏力、创业服务不到位等问题。在当前经济发展和就业形势下,扬州市应通过政校企合作打造培训课程,积极拓宽创业融资渠道,加大降低创业准入门槛和税费减免的力度,推进创业空间的设施建设和营造浓厚的创业氛围等多项举措,逐步完善大学生创业扶持政策。

In order to help college students start their own businesses smoothly, Yangzhou Municipal Government and relevant departments have issued entrepreneurship support policies involving entrepreneurship training, entrepreneurship financing, entrepreneurship promotion, entrepreneurship services and other aspects in recent years. However, in the process of implementation, the existing policies highlight such problems as poor training effect, limited financing channels for entrepreneurship, weak entrepreneurship promotion policies and inadequate entrepreneurship services. Under the current situation of economic development and employment, this article presents some countermeasures on gradually improving the supporting policy of college students’ entrepreneurship in Yangzhou, including creating training courses through cooperation between government, schools and enterprises, actively broadening the channels of entrepreneurship financing, increasing efforts to reduce the threshold of entrepreneurship access and tax relief, promoting the construction of facilities for entrepreneurship space and creating a strong entrepreneurship atmosphere.
