舟山市民宿发展中存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Residential Quarters in Zhoushan

舟山市民宿行业通过几年的发展已初具规模,但是依旧存在一些问题,长此以往会影响舟山市民宿行业乃至于整个旅游业的发展。本文通过分析舟山市民宿的发展现状与存在的问题,进而提出相应的对策,力求推动舟山市民宿行业稳健发展,为舟山旅游业发展做出贡献。

Zhoushan residential industry has taken shape through several years of development,but there are still some problems,which will affect the development of Zhoushan residential industry and even the whole tourism industry in the long run. Through the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of residential housing in Zhoushan,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the steady development of residential housing industry in Zhoushan and make contributions to the development of tourism in Zhoushan.
