建设江淮生态大走廊 协同打造扬子江城市群——以扬州市为例

Constructing a Great Ecological Corridor of Jianghuai Jointly Build the Yangtze River City Cluster——With the City Yangzhou as an Example.

扬子江城市群位于世界级的长三角城市群核心区北侧,是长江下游江苏沿江八市城市群的特定称谓。地处江苏省两大发展规划交汇处的扬州,如何践行绿色发展理念,保护生态环境,和谐融入扬子江城市群是当地发展的重要议题。本文结合扬州经济社会发展现状,提出扬州可以以自身区位优势实现江河联动,突出建设江淮生态大走廊的生态性;并给出扬州融入长江经济带,协同打造扬子江城市群的具体路径。

Jianghuai ecological corridor is mainly based on the Beijing-Hangzhou canal,and it is planned for the eastern route of the South-to-North water diversion project,including Yangzhou,Taizhou,Huaian,Suqian and Xuzhou.The Yangtze river urban agglomeration is located in the north of the core area of the world class Yangtze river delta city cluster.Located in Yangzhou,where the two development plans of Jiangsu province meet,how to practice the concept of green development,protect the ecological environment and harmoniously integrate into the Yangtze river city group is an important issue for local development.Combined with the current situation of Yangzhou's economic and social development,this paper puts forward that Yangzhou can realize the linkage of rivers with its own regional advantages,and highlight the ecological nature of building the Jianghuai ecological corridor.Finally,the paper gives the concrete way to integrate Yangzhou into Yangtze river economic belt and build Yangtze river city group.
