Cross-domain Governance and Regional Synergy——Based on the “Belt and Road” Perspective

“一带一路”倡议覆盖面广、合作产业多、建设风险高,建设过程中既要重视跨区域治理,也要关注区域协同。跨区域治理过程中应综合考察沿线区域经济、文化、安全等方面的发展现状,完善政府、非政府组织、公民团体、企业之间的协作联动网络,建立多元主体之间的有序竞争、良性互动、合作共赢的关系,最终实现区域间协同发展、区域内优势提升。

The Belt and Road Initiative covers a wide range of areas,has a large number of cooperative industries,and has high construction risks.In the process of construction,attention should be paid not only to cross-regional governance but also to regional coordination.In the process of cross-regional governance,we should comprehensively examine the economic,cultural,and security development of the regions along the routes,and improve the cooperative network between the government,non-governmental organizations,citizens 'groups,and enterprises.We will establish a relationship of orderly competition,sound interaction and win-win cooperation among multiple players,and eventually achieve coordinated development between regions and enhance regional advantages.
