摘要
结合足球运动项目特点,对高校足球业余运动员采取腿部核心肌群力量训练效果进行研究,仔细分析实验前后足球业余运动员专业素质发生的改变.结果说明,借助腿部核心肌群力量训练,业余运动员原地正脚背射门和凌空正脚背射门的准度与速度都得到了提升.可见,科学应用腿部核心肌群力量训练,有利于业余足球运动员提高上下肢统一发力的能力,可以更好地控制身体.相较于传统基础训练,实验训练科学性更强,同时采取各种训练手段,提升了训练的趣味性.
Combining the characteristics of football sports,the research on the effect of strength training of leg core muscles in college football amateur athletes is carried out,and the changes in professional quality of football amateur athletes before and after the experiment are carefully analyzed.The results show that the accuracy and speed of in-situ forefoot shooting and overhead forefoot shooting of amateur athletes have been improved with the help of the strength training of waist core muscle group.It can be seen that the scientific application of the core muscle strength training of waist is beneficial to the amateur football player to improve the uniform force of upper and lower limbs,and can better control the body.Compared with traditional basic training,experimental training is more scientific,and various training methods are adopted to enhance the interest of training.
