藏医药产业知识产权现状及战略研究

Current situation and strategic research on intellectual property rights of Tibetan pharmaceutical industry

本文通过对藏医药专利、商标、版权、行政保护和药品标准、科技成果进行基本的数据统计分析,总结了藏医药知识产权发展中存在人才稀缺、科研水平低、质量标准落后、品牌意识缺乏等方面的问题,从宏观的角度提出了藏医药产业和企事业单位知识产权发展的实施策略.

Based on the statistical analysis of Tibetan medicine patents,trademarks,copyright,administrative protection,drug standards and scientific and technological achievements,this paper summarizes the existing problems in the development of Tibetan medicine intellectual property rights such as scarcity of talents,low level of scientific research,backward quality standards and lack of brand awareness,and puts forward the implementation strategies for the development of Tibetan medicine industry and enterprises and institutions from a macro perspective.
